If a booking is cancelled more than 60 days before the event, the client receives a full refund of their deposit. If the cancellation occurs between 30 and 60 days before the event, the client might receive a 50% refund of their deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event typically result in no refund of the deposit. Refunds are usually processed within 10-14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
